Every line below is something the lease actually commits us to. We provide and pay for water and waste collection; you arrange your own electricity, internet and gas. Nothing here is a service we do not run.

Every apartment comes furnished, with a full kitchen and its appliances in place. What is there is written onto the move-in checklist you and we both sign, so the condition is agreed from day one. That same record is what any deposit deduction is measured against when you leave.
